All items must be returned in their original condition with security tags intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Apply the pre-paid DHL Express shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop-off or Collection

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping point or schedule a complimentary courier pickup through our returns portal.
